Our Director of Preschool Experiences will oversee our unique family ministry experiences from birth to kindergarten. Always striving to think outside the box, we are searching for a leader who loves to create a culture that partners with families and develops a dynamic dream team of leaders. Responsibilities: Provide additional support for the Preschool Ministry team for Sunday and Wednesday services. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Provide supervision and care for a fun and safe classroom with children, infant-five years old Present Bible lessons/activities in an age-appropriate manner Facilitate planned activities and adhere to schedule Complete clean-up procedures after the conclusion of services/events Attend Staff Meetings and periodic staff training Opportunities available to work special events Other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills & Attributes: Fun Energetic Passionate about helping kids know and follow Jesus Spiritually growing Steady, positive attitude Strong oral communication skills Ability to be flexible People-oriented Team player Customer service minded Requirements Include: Membership at CrossCreek Church TO APPLY , click here .
