Responsibilities:• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers• Assist buyers in connecting them with lenders to meet their financing needs.• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and listing agents to ensure successful real estate transactions.• Keep buyers informed about the home-buying process and provide knowledge about the local housing market.• Engage with prospects to understand their housing needs.• Establish and strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals.• Provide detailed information about the steps involved in buying or selling a house.• Offer comprehensive information on local real estate trends.• Participate in open houses and home showings.• Learn sales negotiation tactics through observation and training.• Conduct buyer meetings to explain the home-buying process.• Utilize various sales methods to assist customers in purchasing a property.• Follow weekly tracking and accountability procedures.• Engage in regular sales coaching and role-play activities.• Ensure effective communication is maintained.• Follow up and close sales leads.
