Through a positive and engaging workplace, we facilitate growth, development, and fulfillment for all.Join us and be a part of a brand that inspires creativity, innovation, and passion in support of locally-owned stores around the world.Click here to see how you can paint your future!Job Summary The HR Compensation Analyst will provide end-to-end administrative/planning support for the annual compensation processes (both mid-year and year-end), working closely with Senior Compensation Manager to provide compensation support services to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Responsibilities * Review internal job descriptions against internal and external market data to recommend appropriate salary matches in accordance with established company structure and guidelines. * Manages the job and salary architecture framework to ensure the HRIS system is aligned to maintain structures. * Participates in market and salary survey submissions and conducts ad-hoc salary reports as needed. * Become a subject matter expert on our team's compensation planning module; support customers in addressing process and planning questions. Dayforce experience is a plus. * Maintains all plan documents updating as appropriate. Ensures legal review. * Provide insight to simplify and improve the way we do things with fresh ideas to ensure our compensation programs, policies, and processes align with business strategy and best practice.Talent Analytics and Headcount Planning * Create and maintain monthly HR headcount reports and an HR scorecard with key talent metrics (turnover, retention, etc.) to report to the HR leadership team. * Support manager to partner with the FP&A team to effectively manage headcount reporting; prepare monthly forecast package for salaries and wages. * Collaborate with the HRIS team to develop dynamic reporting for easy consumption and use * Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and proactively share with the business and HRBPs. * Serve as a team member for the launch of new technology to better automate our headcount planning processes and ultimately be the system administrator. Qualifications * Minimum of 4 years of HR/Compensation or analyst experience, with strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and data/information management skills. Experience in job evaluation and market pricing preferred. * A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field * Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft applications; advanced understanding of Excel (to include formulas/functions, pivot tables, etc.) & PowerPoint * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills * Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment; ability to problem solve independently, manage multiple priorities, and cultivate strong partnershipsCompensation PhilosophyAt Benjamin Moore, our brand represents excellence, and we strive to provide a comprehensive total rewards package to match.
