The successful candidate will play a vital role in building the existing tax practice, engaging in significant client interaction, and eventually transitioning into a leadership position within the firm. Applicants with strong academic backgrounds, exceptional writing and analytical abilities, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning are encouraged to apply. Duties:Provide comprehensive tax advice and estate planning services to clients.Conduct legal research and analysis on tax-related matters.Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, and estate plans.Represent clients in tax audits, appeals, and litigation proceedings.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop strategies for client matters.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.Mentor junior associates and interns within the tax practice. Requirements:Juris Doctorate or better in Law.Admission to the State Bar.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate planning.Demonstrated expertise in tax law and related areas.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
