As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs: Lead ing end-to-end implementation projects for Dayforce WFM, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget ; Collaborat ing with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Dayforce WFM system accordingly ; Conduct ing thorough system analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization ; Develop ing and maintain ing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation ; Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and payroll, to ensure smooth integration of Dayforce WFM with existing systems ; Provid ing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise ; Conduct ing training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Dayforce WFM ; Perform ing system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of the implemented solution ; Stay ing up to date with the latest trends and developments in Dayforce WFM and HR technology to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients ; and, Collaborat ing with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the practice's growth. Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: I mplementing Dayforce WFM or similar HR technology solutions ; M anag ing multiple projects simultaneously ; Displaying e xcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ; Working experience in system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis ; Working knowledge of database concepts , including architecture, queries, table joins, and relationships ; and, Demonstrating knowledge in building system integrations, including knowledge of API concepts, data mapping, and integration platforms.
