The role also entails providing related regulatory advice and supporting global teams with U.S. law advice.Job Overview:The Derivatives Associate Attorney will handle various derivatives transactions, provide regulatory advice, and support global teams with U.S. law expertise. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and New York Bar admission.Duties:Manage credit and other derivatives transactions.Handle repos, securities lending, and structured credit transactions.Provide regulatory advice related to derivatives.Take primary responsibility for secondary trading transactions in loans and claims after training.Support global teams by offering U.S. law advice.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in derivatives or debt capital markets within private practice or in-house.Admission to the New York Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Well-developed analytical skills.
