We currently have an opportunity for a Transactional Real Estate/Land Use Paralegal in the Morris County, NJ area.Position responsibilities are:Prepare documents and legal correspondence for commercial and residential estate transactions- Prepare closing binders and obtain information from title companies- Respond to client inquiries- Preparing, managing, and completing land use applications before planning and zoning boards- Expedite and assist with transactional aspects of land use and real estate cases including inspections and reports- Serve as a Liaison between clients and attorneys as well as between Municipal and County Planning and Zoning Boards and attorneysPosition requirements:- At least 4 years of real estate experience in a law firm; land use experience is a plus- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency with MS Office- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workPDN-9bb12d3f-81cd-4698-83fa-4d996be93e07
