Hot Springs, AR AREA Competitive Salary + Bonus Relo: Yes Our client company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of maintenance including day-to- day and long-term maintenance to ensure quality work and minimal downtime in a safe and efficient manner. You must be willing to:? Supervise/coordinate/plan/oversee day-to-day & long-term maintenance? Ensure that the appropriate parts/materials are on site in order to accomplish the tasks needed done? Plan daily maintenance/fill out work orders/distribute them? Review downtime to determine causes and prevention? Schedule/plan overtime/time-off for maintenance personnel? Perform safety inspections/attend safety meetings? Plan/coordinate service calls from various vendors contractors and OEM's Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? High School/GED? 5 years? experience in maintenance field? Minimum 2 years? supervisory experience? Excellent communication skills( written & oral)? Knowledge of high production mills.? Strong troubleshooting skills in the electrical/mechanical/hydraulic area.?
