About Us: We are a growing outpatient practice on Maui serving a great need in our community. We provide high quality Physical and Occupational Therapy services to children of all ages and abilities and are looking for therapists who share our passion of helping children to join our team. We currently have three locations in central, west, and upcountry Maui with state-of-the-art equipment and will continue to grow to reach all children who could benefit from our services.In our clinic, we value a culture of 'Ohana (family), honesty, integrity, and clear communication. Responsibilities: Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process. Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care.Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment.Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events.Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children. Ensure therapist's schedules are full, documentation is completed timely and accurately, and therapy staff are meeting their goals Report to Clinical Director to help keep clinic stocked, organized, and running efficiently Oversee volunteers in clinic Schedule monthly/quarterly in-clinic activities for staff Requirements: Pediatric Therapy Experience (5 years preferred) OT or PT Degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii) Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.Leadership skillsStrong communication skillsTenacity to reach goals and targetsPushes potential both in self and othersAbility to empower others through management Bonus Points: Works well in a team Is passionate about the work we doHas honesty, integrity, and accountabilityGood time management skillsStrives for excellence Perks: We offer a flexible schedule, mentoring, and full benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and a continuing education stipend.
