The firm seeks a motivated self-starter with exceptional academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills.Duties:Provide legal counsel on tax matters related to public finance and infrastructure finance transactions.Conduct research and analysis of federal tax laws and regulations.Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and tax filings.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop tax planning and compliance strategies.Represent clients in IRS audits and other tax-related proceedings.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.Minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on tax issues, focusing on public finance and infrastructure finance transactions.Strong understanding of federal tax laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and colleagues.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
