Join our team as a Strategic Relationship Manager in Digital Services Do you have a passion for supporting business change and innovation? Do you have experience in managing relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) in Digital Services. As an SRM, you will be responsible for understanding, managing, and coordinating the relationship between Digital Services and our internal service stakeholders. You will ensure that our technical teams understand and agree on the IT services and solutions that meet our stakeholders' requirements. In this role, you will play a major part in the development of the organisation's strategic plans, including the creative use of information technology. You will maintain up: to: date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments. You will also advise business managers about the implications of planned IT: enabled change on the business, on processes, and on residents.
