Summary: This role oversees manufacturing operations to ensure product quality and employee safety. This role is responsible for meeting company objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiencies. Essential Functions: Build a culture of safety and drive to eliminate injuries. Lead continuous improvement efforts in yield, scrap, productivity, on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory. Lead the drive for "first time right" quality and identify/implement cost savings initiatives. Manage and leverage capabilities and capacities between the manufacturing sites to gain efficiencies in productivity, quality and transportation. Implement systems to ensure consistency between sites and sharing of best practices. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operationsor other related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree 6+ years ofmanufacturing operations leadership experience Experience in implementing new practices/policies to ensure improvement in manufacturing process PDN-9bab3b17-ab12-4dca-a1cc-44daa15b6f56
