The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance and MA, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being advantageous. Job Overview:The Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of finance-related matters, with a focus on project finance and MA transactions. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred. Duties:Assist with project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.Handle MA transactions, including due diligence, drafting agreements, and closing activities.Provide legal advice and support to clients on finance-related matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on finance and MA issues.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategies and solutions.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Requirements:3-5 years of experience in finance-related legal practice.Strong background in project finance and MA transactions.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar. Skills:Expertise in project finance and MA transactions.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent written and oral communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
