The third generation of the Lesker family is guiding our company in accordance with our SPIRIT values of Sustainability, Passion, Integrity, Respectful, Innovation, and Team. https://www.lesker.com/ Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner will provide a wide range of human resources related services and support to team members across the organization. They will provide consultation in functional areas of human resources including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, employee relations, and more. How you will contribute: Maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees across different states and serve as a key resource in administering and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with employees and management to provide support and guidance on various HR-related topics including employee relations, compensation, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture. Partner with management to administer and execute the performance management process including continuous feedback discussions, goal setting, and annual review process. Review biweekly payroll to ensure accuracy and completion. Leverage meaningful business data and analytics to support business decisions by generating, analyzing, and presenting metrics to HR management. Partner with management to identify, assess, and facilitate HR compliance training plans and development needs across the business. Perform additional duties as directed. Qualifications: Required Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field Minimum five years of experience in human resources Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office, HRIS and payroll systems Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Effective problem-solving skills to produce innovative solutions for HR issues Strong organizational and time management skills Experience processing or supervising a multi-state payroll Minimal travel may be required Preferred 5+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist, Business Partner, or similar role Previous experience in a supervisor role HR Certification Experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefits we offer to enhance your lifestyle: Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances; paid time off, 401(k) with employer match; wellness programs and incentives including on-site gym; office-wide events; and employee recognition programs.#LI-OnsiteKurt J Lesker Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
