Job DescriptionAs an installer with Ozark's Modern Insulation, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings. As a Fireplace Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing fireplaces, inserts, and stoves in homes and businesses.Responsibilities: * Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam, in attics, walls, and crawl spaces * Measure and cut the insulation to fit into the designated areas * Seal air leaks and install vapor barriers as needed * Clean and maintain equipment and tools * Install and service fireplaces, inserts, and stoves in accordance with manufacturer instructions * Connect gas lines and electrical wiring as necessary * Troubleshoot and repair issues with fireplaces, inserts, and stoves * Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfactionPreferred Requirements: * Previous experience as an Insulation Installer and/or Fireplace Installer is preferred * Familiarity with various types of insulation and fireplace models * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions * Basic knowledge of construction and building codes * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces * Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
