As a Paratransit Driver, you'll provide safe and comfortable transportation for individuals with disabilities or special needs. What we can do for you as a Paratransit Driver: Great pay 401k with matching up to 3% Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Responsibilities of a Paratransit Driver: Safely operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle to transport passengers to and from their destinations. Assist passengers with boarding, securing mobility aids, and exiting the vehicle. Provide excellent customer service and main tain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users. Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues promptly to management. Requirements of a Paratransit Driver: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor when assisting passengers with disabilities. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings if required.
