Practice Area: Corporate - Private Equity, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm in Austin, is seeking a dedicated Private Equity Finance Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse array of private equity sponsored financing transactions. Duties:Work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions, including leveraged financings, term loan and revolver facilities, cash flow and asset based loan facilities, and mezzanine credit facilities.Manage closing processes for various transactions.Review and draft loan documents, including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and collateral documents.Prioritize borrower-side representation; experience with lender-side representation, especially private credit lenders, is desired.Engage in effective verbal and written communication with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Meet deadlines and expectations while maintaining a high standard of work.Foster positive work relationships within the firm.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required by the job. Requirements:Admitted to practice law in the State Bar.Direct and applicable experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.J.D. degree from an accredited law school.1+ years of experience in private equity sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. Education and Certifications:J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong understanding of private equity financing transactions.Proficiency in reviewing and drafting loan documents.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Capacity to foster positive work relationships within the firm.
