Alpaca Chicken is looking for Shift Leaders to join our team. The Shift Leader will oversee the opening and closing of our Wake Forest location. The ideal candidate can confidently oversee and lead a team during a specific work shift. They ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards. Additionally, shift leaders often handle customer inquiries or issues, and may be involved in training and supervising staff members. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions are crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Shift leaders are responsible for overseeing the performance of their team members during a specific shift, ensuring that everyone is fulfilling their assigned duties and meeting performance expectations. Customer Service: Shift leaders often interact with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
