As Ninety continues to experience exceptional growth, we are looking to bring on a Web Developer who will report to the Head of Creative. To be successful in this role, you must have: 4+ years of experience with modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and writing clean and maintainable code A minimum of 2 years experience developing in HubSpot CMS In depth knowledge of building custom modular components within a CMS Expertise in modular development of drag and drop templates for web pages and emails Expertise in creating custom HTML emails, using MJML and HubSpot’s email building tools Expert knowledge in working with HubDB, Workflows, HubSpot Forms, and CTAs Experience with writing backend code, including Node.js and Python, particularly for HubSpot A knowledge of integrating CMS and CRM Data with languages such as HubL and GraphQL A keen interest in website accessibility and user experience and the impact your technical solutions have on these The ability to resolve errors and bugs, and Optimize code for SEO, performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness Experience collaborating with UX/Design and Content teams to define & deliver elegant technical solutions A desire to contribute to both immediate-impact development needs and projects, as well as a roadmap of systematic iteration and innovation across Ninety’s web presence. A curious mindset to look for opportunities to deliver innovative technical solutions, as well as experience ideating, prototyping, adv ocating for, and socializing your solutions Your Key Responsibilities: Create themes, templates, and modules for web pages, landing pages, emails, and blogs Test, iterate, and improve upon on our website’s reliability, speed, and efficiency Deliver clean and maintainable code, optimized for Accessibility standards and SEO/site performance Collaborate with UX & Design and Content to define elegant technical solutions that improve the user experience and site performance for our end-users (both external and internal) Contribute to Sprint planning/refinement, demos and code reviews (we’re working to a hybrid Kanban approach) What Success Looks Like: Continued growth in becoming the best version of yourself Consistently delivering high-quality coded solutions Your team continuously meeting business metrics driving our web presence forward Maintaining high end-user satisfaction Preferred Qualifications: Education - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience Technologies - HubSpot CMS, front-end technologies, other website builder tools Portfolio of work Relevant work experience - agency experience a plus About Us as an Employer: Ninety’s focus on helping organizations focus, align, and thrive isn't just for our clients.
