Key Responsibilities: Utilize integrated and functional medicine principles to provide comprehensive healthcare services.Specialize in the treatment of Chronic Lyme Disease.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner certification with a focus on integrated and functional medicine.Proven experience in treating Chronic Lyme Disease.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
