Quality Control Night Shift Manager Warrington Up to A GBP 35,000 per annum DOE + Benefits Package 4 Day Working Week : Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 03:00 Quality Control Night Shift Manager required for an industry leading e: liquid manufacturer based in the Northwest of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where you will play an integral part of the team during an exciting period. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a 3: day weekend. Candidates will ideally have experience working with the production of e: liquids, however candidates with experience working in highly regulated industries such as food and drink manufacturing or medicals are also encouraged. The key experiences required for this role is leadership experience and working with quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the late production shift and will work as the most senior member of staff on site. Based on the shop floor, you will directly oversee a team of five to ten production staff members to ensure production targets are hit. Quality Control will also be your responsibility as you will ensure the correct e: liquid flavours are package and labelled appropriately and no errors are made. Quality Control Night Shift Manager Role: A Working late shift : 12 hour shifts four times per week A Directly manage a team of 5 to 10 employees A Ensure production targets are hit A Quality control : visually checking the packaging of products to ensure no errors are made The Quality Control Night Shift Manager: A Experience in a highly regulated production facility : e: liquids, food, drinks, medicals etc. A Leadership experience : would suit an experienced manager or a supervisor looking to step up A Experience with quality control.
