Operations Support Specialist

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ . The Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Servicing Department, actively engaging with customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure unparalleled service and satisfaction. What you'll be doing: Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers. Perform mail mergers, manage incoming mail by receiving, sorting, and distributing it daily. Collaborate with the management team to create departmental reports. Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers. Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests. Handle incoming calls, providing basic information to customers as needed, and manage department voicemails by forwarding messages to the relevant departments. Collect documents from dealers and dispatch correspondence. Upload customer documents into appropriate systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication. Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to be successful: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Four years of Customer Service experience Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications ex. Word, Excel. Data entry experience with an emphasis on accuracy High degree of attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties based on a deadline, in a fast-paced environment.
