Groovy Hues - Project Manager- Murfreesboro, TN Starting Pay $25-$30/HR Depending on Experience Start Date: ASAP Groovy Hues of Murfreesboro, TN is a national franchise operation specializing in residential and commercial paint and power wash services. We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team to help lead and manager projects. We are backed by the highest quality distributors in the business to utilize the best products in the market. Responsibilities: · Maintain a high level of visibility in the field and monitoring the work of subcontractors. Contribute technical assistance by testing or troubleshooting installs. Ensure local, county, state or federal code requirements are being met. · Provide technical expertise to more difficult jobs to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. · Contribute to a Customer First environment which achieves ultimate customer service/satisfaction. · Ensure subcontractors are utilizing the proper techniques, working safely, customer service and overall performance and skill development and document timely. · Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and that the company is following all regulatory rules and regulations to promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment and reduce workplace accidents and injuries. · Promptly address customer issues and complaints, and develop solutions to resolve issues timely, and effectively. Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding customer issues, and status of resolving such issues to foster a customer- focused workplace. · Maintain company property and documentation in accordance with established policies, handle proprietary information in the prescribed manner, and adhere to policies and procedures including all safety requirements. · Travel required throughout geography to support business needs. · Review Inventory Management of products and safety materials with the warehouse manager. · Analyze business results based on KPI reporting. · Complete vehicle inspections to comply with maintenance requirements. Required Qualifications: · Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver’s license 1 year of trade experience; 1 year of project managing Preference given to those with significant painting experience Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: · Must be able to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to changes · Bilingual · Experience with Service Titan CRM · Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure. · Comfortable out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.
