We are seeking a positive, compassionate, and motivated person to join our very busy and growing office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients and assisting our chiropractic team by helping patients with therapies and performing cutting edge therapies on patients. This includes the latest in technology, Softwave Therapy treatments. This position requires a willingness to learn Softwave Therapy protocols and become proficient in treating patients as well as helping support the chiropractic team.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the chiropractic team to create customized treatment plans; incorporating Softwave Therapy where applicable. Perform Softwave Therapy procedures under the guidance of the doctor, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety measures. Educate patients on the benefits of Softwave Therapy, addressing any concerns and providing guidance on post-treatment care and exercises. Greet and check in patients in a positive and welcoming manner. Maintain accurate and organized patient records. Assist in scheduling patient appointments, managing administrative tasks, office cleaning duties and ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic. Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Requirements: Great communicator & Team player Basic knowledge of human anatomy. The ideal candidate would have a background in massage therapy, nursing assistant, dental assistant, physical therapy assistant, personal training, x-ray tech, med tech, EMT, nurse or similar positions. An understanding of the anatomical structures and physiology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly. Experience working in a healthcare setting or customer service setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage patient records and administrative tasks efficiently The hours are Monday - Thursday.
