Alkermes is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager in a key role in the effective management, enhancement, and optimization of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, this role is responsible for managing 3 rd party vendor support, ensuring data accuracy, leveraging technology to support HR initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making. The individual must have great interpersonal and collaboration skills to lead various global cross-functional projects. Candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment.This position will report to Director, HRIS and located on a hybrid schedule in Waltham 3/days a week.
