ECI focuses on "scratch cooking" and is looking for individuals with the knowledge and ability to support cafe and catering operations.Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities: Ability to work quickly under pressure Willingness to learn and grow Prepare and cook food according to the recipe Quality standards Using these qualities team members will: follow prep quantity requirements follow safety regulations keep a clean and sanitary work environment.
