The ideal candidate will possess strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the business of real estate investing.Duties:Handle complex real estate transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, MA, and financings.Provide legal advice and support on corporate real estate matters.Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate laws and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.Assist in due diligence processes for real estate transactions.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and real estate professionals.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate real estate transactions.Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong drafting and writing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Attention to detail and accuracy.Knowledge of corporate and real estate law principles.
