Practice Area: Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm in Burbank, CA, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney who will be responsible for managing a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolution. The candidate will report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and will be supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals. Collaboration with Pre-Litigation staff is essential to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients. The candidate must also be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed and fostering a positive workplace environment. Duties:Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolutionReport directly to an assigned Senior AssociateCollaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to ensure high client service standardsProvide guidance to non-attorneys as necessaryFoster a positive workplace environmentMaintain excellent writing and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Requirements:In good standing with the California State BarExperience in Pre-Litigation cases preferred Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar Skills:Excellent writing and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively with a teamLeadership skills to guide non-attorneys as needed Benefits Offered:Medical insurance coverageDental insurance coverageVision insurance coverageFlexible time off plans, including paid Parental leave, Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid holidays.
