An Intern, or Trainee, is an individual completing work for our company to gain solid business exposure and work experience. Intern job duties vary by department, but their common responsibilities include collaboration, learning, becoming proficient in software, completing tasks assigned by their supervisor and attending meetings when they are assigned. Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities Monitor daily Aerospace digital newsfeed to identify and aggregate potential sales opportunities Monitor daily Space digital newsfeed to identify and aggregate potential sales opportunities HubSpot monitoring and daily lead compilation to identify and take immediate action for sales engagement Review and organize visual assets and document libraries (naming convention, asset descriptions) Support social media assets categorization and optimization efforts (SEO, metatags, captions) Collaborate with Marketing Team for digital product descriptions refinement and optimization Support Customer Service Team with Processing and fulfillment of Marketing Materials requests (SDS, TDS, Brochures, etc…) Position-Specific Requirements Minimum of a High School Education Solid communication skills with the ability to read, write, solve basic math problems Proficient with Microsoft Office Detail oriented and good analytical skills Leadership Skills Required Strong interpersonal skills and ability to align with company purpose and values. Engages in positive behavior and can be an example others can follow Adapts to fast paced environment and able to multitask accordingly Self-disciplined with strong work ethic
