Strong academic credentials and 3 years of relevant law firm experience are required for this position.Duties:Draft and negotiate transaction documents for capital markets offerings.Provide legal advice and support on securities law matters.Managed client relationships and acted as a primary point of contact for clients.Supervise junior associates and guide on legal matters.Handle day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of clients with sophisticated needs.Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.Requirements:4-5 years of corporate experience.Significant transactional experience in capital markets offerings and related securities work.Strong skills in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.Experience managing client relationships.Proven ability to supervise junior associates.Ability to handle various client demands efficiently.Outstanding academic credentials.3 years of relevant law firm experience.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.Skills:Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
