What Sets Us Apart: High staff-to-doctor ratio —with 7 staff members for every 1 doctor. We fully utilize our credentialed veterinary technicians. This is best for patient care, client service, technician retention, and more. Community involvement. We have established a non-profit, Care for Paws, to sponsor surrendered and abandoned pets to get the treatment they need before being adopted. Potential for practice partnership for the right candidate. Holistic services —we like to think outside the box and find other options for treatment beyond medications. What We Offer: $100,000-$140,000 base + production Student Loan reimbursement opportunity Flexible hours – 4 ten-hour days.
