We will assure you that you can make a lot of money though. If you just work from home or from home and work in the field talking to people. You do not need a Real Estate Licence but we have people making more money than most Real Estate Agents! Depending the position, you decide to work in you will receive a custom 180-page website that will have your name, picture and contact information on it, a customized real estate lead generating CRM system and all of the leads you can handle in your area of people who will be losing their homes and getting nothing if they dont sell them or just need to sell their homes. In most areas new leads are generated on a daily basis. The other thing we provide you are a number of documents that fully explain to people how we can help them in the specific situation they are in and why they can get more money from us than from anyone else. Each of the documents has a form at the end of the document. When a person fills out the form and clicks on Send the information on each of the documents form is automatically sent to your email address and a text message of the information on the form is sent via a text message to your cell phone so you can get back to the people right away. This is a commissions only position. Depending on which position you want to be in you will make from $500.00 to over $100, 000.00 for each sale we make. You do no selling our in-house people do that. You are only setting appointment of people that might be interested in selling to us. Most of our people are getting from 4 to 6 sales per month. To become a Senior Home Finder there is a onetime fee of $495.00 and after you are paid your first commission if you want to continue receiving leads there is a monthly fee of $47.00 per month. To become a Partner Program Member there is a one-time fee of $5, 000.00. You can move up from a Home Finder to a Senior Home Finder at no cost to you by just generating 5 appointments that turn into sales of houses we refurbished and sell. You can move up from a Senior Home Finder to a Partner Program Member by being involved with 5 houses that we purchase, refurbish and sell. Let me know how many free ads you can place in the United States. How many companies can you place free job [not allowed] ads with. With most of them can you select the cities that you want to place the ads in? Im planning on putting on between 200 to 250 sales people in the next year to year and a half so Id like to put on about 20 new sales people per month over the next year to year and a half.
