The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent academic credentials, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Duties:Conducting patent prosecution activities, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.Providing legal advice and opinions on patent-related matters.Analyzing patent portfolios and conducting patentability searches.Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and stakeholders to understand and evaluate inventions.Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.Participating in patent litigation activities as needed.Assisting in patent strategy development and portfolio management.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.Experience in patent prosecution within 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.Excellent academic credentials.Strong analytical skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register.Admitted to and in good standing of the Bar, or eligible to waive in.Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO).Skills:Proficiency in patent prosecution processes and procedures.Knowledge of patent laws and regulations.Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and documents.Strong attention to detail.Effective time management and organizational skills.Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team environment.
