Part-time: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, based on your availability. Responsibilities:• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties• Basic POS operations and making sales on the phone• Assure incoming and outgoing emails are managed appropriately• Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date Qualifications:• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Compensation: $11 - $14 hourly About Company: We have a dedicated team, built around excellence for customers and staff members.
