DescriptionJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include the following. Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character. Displaying an outgoing personality using confidence and style. Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and exceeds our customer's expectations. Provides professional greeting when interacting with guests and housekeeping personnel. Responsible for reporting any Maintenance issues called into Dispatch to Facilities. Ensures that Room Attendant caddies are properly stocked. Organizes room assignments for the Guest Room Attendants as well as the Floor Assignments for the Inspectress and Hotel House Representatives. Accurately uses the proper telephone/radio techniques and etiquette. Provides guest with information including hotel, casino and restaurants, including hours of operations, special events and promotions. Responsible for accurately communicating to Dispatch Personnel and Inspectors the status of guest rooms Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and other members of the Company. Be completely knowledgeable about all Bally's programs, promotions, activities and functions. Answer patrons' complaints and resolves problems. Must carry out safety and emergency procedures including, but not limited to; fire, crowd control, inclement weather and bomb threats. Must communicate with guests and be able to direct/escort them to various facilities and functions within the property Must interact with guests, Room Attendants and Inspectors in a courteous, empathetic and discreet manner. Supports and maintains Bally's courtesy guidelines to guests and employees. Promote outstanding guest relations. Perform tasks outlined on daily, weekly and monthly project checklists. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year's previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Qualifications EducationTechnical/other training (required)High School (required) ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year's previous experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
