The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and must be admitted to practice in DE.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Must be admitted to practice in DE.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to practice law in the state of Delaware.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
