The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong academic background, and significant experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Must be admitted to practice in MD.5-7 years of relevant experience.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Maryland State Bar.Skills:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in legal drafting and contract negotiation.Job Location: Baltimore, MD This Amlaw firm is best known for allowing its associates to find a balanced work load that best suites them.
