Description:
Our long-standing Property Management Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting team at the corporate office near the Glendale/Dodger's Stadium in Los Angeles area. We provide training for all new hires. Essential Duties : Process payments for property's invoices Review and determine the appropriate general ledger account coding. Records checking for past payments Verify vendor prices to ensure they are as per agreements. Process Petty Cash Voucher reimbursement. Research and resolve past due balances. Weekly check runs. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma is required; some background in payable is a plus. Basic knowledge/experience on using Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills Able to work Monday through Friday; 8 am – 5pm. Authorized to work in the United States w/out sponsorship Pass background investigation, employment reference check, and drug test. Compensation, Benefits, Schedule Full Time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm $17- $21 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision Paid National Holidays Training for all new hires. Powered by JazzHR
