Production Operator -Nights

Description:
Role As a Production Operator (also known as Line Operator, Manufacturing Operator), you'll be in charge of the production line(s), ensuring safety and quality standards. Your duties will include maintaining an adequate level of raw materials, completing hourly production reports, and general housekeeping in all production areas. Benefits Full-time hours with a flexible 12-hour shift schedule, allowing for weekdays off. Pay increases with internal certifications. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401k with company match. Paid time off. A safety-first work culture. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment is preferred. General knowledge of production lines is beneficial. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, mechanical troubleshooting, packaging, and excellent communication skills.
