The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in [ California] Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.Base Pay Range: $47,000- $55,000 [This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.] [The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.]We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental coverage, and retirement savings benefits along with paid holidays, vacation, and disability insurance.Role Description Required Skills, Education, and Experience* MT/MLT and 0 to 5+ years of lab experience* CVT/RVT/LVT and 1 to 5+ years of lab experience* Associates degree and 1 to 5+ years of lab experience* Bachelors degree and 1 to 5+ years of lab experience* Demonstrated ability to build, develop and work within a clinical laboratory team, including creative problem-solving and flexibility to meet rapid growth.* IT and LIS (laboratory information systems) experience and general comfort level with computer systems, technology, and equipment interfaces.* Able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot sophisticated laboratory instruments in a timely manner, and have a working knowledge of LIS procedures.* Team leadership, friendly, and loves a challenge.* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.* Robust organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work in fast paced STAT environment.* Strong computer skills and ability to work within windows and Laboratory Information System environment* Proficient knowledge in Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, fluid analysis* Experience with 2-3 of the following instruments: Advia 2120i, Immulite 2000 XPi, AU680/5800, Clinitek Advantus, or Stago STarT.* Must be available for evenings as needed and rotating weekends.* Team leadership, friendly and loves a challenge.* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.* Robust organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work in fast-paced STAT environment.* Experience in the veterinary field strongly preferred, but not required.
