We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a call center team. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to fill this remarkable opportunity. • Lead and supervise interior sales representatives• Full-time role located on-site in Fresno, CA Responsibilities include monitoring calls from US and international clients. Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of Real Estate ISAs in Fresno, CA, US, overseeing their daily tasks such as communication, scheduling, and performance evaluation.• Identify and choose potential ISAs based on their suitability for the role and sales proficiency.• Develop and execute training sessions aimed at improving the quality of qualification calls, script handling, and objection handling for ISAs.• Utilize dialers and applications for making calls and keeping updated with scripts.• Supervise call quality and offer constructive feedback for areas needing improvement.• Provide personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions.• Participate in management meetings to provide insights and important updates. Qualifications:• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team in a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a preference for previous mentoring roles.• A thorough knowledge of real estate markets and a proven ability to effectively engage with potential buyers is essential.• Exceptional communication skills are required, particularly in telephone sales, to demonstrate strong leadership qualities.• A positive and goal-oriented approach with the ability to motivate others is crucial for this role.• Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for creative thinking are key qualifications.• Proficiency in utilizing applications like Google Sheets, Slack, and other management systems is necessary.• Demonstrated capability to swiftly resolve issues in a fast-paced work setting.• Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous for this position.
