This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid care model where the physician will see patients in-person at Johnson Memorial Health and will also see patients from Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health in a virtual capacity. Opportunity Details: Full-time Office onsite at Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, IN Virtual visits conducted to Goshen Health and Margaret Mary Health Hybrid Care Model Solo Practice Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Open to MD/DO No After-Hours Call Hospitals will have an Onsite Diabetes Educator Community Growth and Need Hospital Employed Opportunity Will Utilize EMR System and Telehealth Platforms for each Individual Hospital Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
