Senior Research Executive (Quantitative) Location: Hybrid working (New Jersey/home-based) Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per annumAre you a passionate and patient-focused market researcher? Branding Science Research seeks a Senior Research Executive to join our dynamic team. With over 20 years of experience as a global leader in primary market research for the pharma sector, we are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to our clients' challenges. Role Overview: As a Senior Research Executive, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring seamless project execution. Your role will involve leading and supporting team members, managing client relationships, and overseeing multiple projects to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing input and support to ensure project success. Efficiently gather client information and materials to facilitate smooth recruitment and fieldwork processes. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment and fieldwork progress, anticipating and resolving issues to exceed client expectations. Demonstrate expertise in various research methods and approaches to meet diverse business needs. Conduct one-to-one interviews with research respondents via telephone and face-to-face, and develop group moderating skills. Independently develop presentation frameworks and contribute to presentation slides. Confidently present project debriefs to clients. Essential Skills/Experience: Experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
