Job Description: People and Culture Administrator needed in North ScottsdaleEnvita Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider committed to providing personalized treatment solutions for patients. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Offer guidance and support to address individual challenges and promote growth opportunities.· Collaborate with employees to create personalized development plans aligned with their career aspirations and organizational objectives.· Monitor progress and provide ongoing feedback to support employee growth and advancement.· Design and facilitate management training sessions aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering effective communication, and promoting employee engagement.· Coordinate and deliver weekly training sessions for supervisors and team leads to strengthen their supervisory skills, team management techniques, and conflict resolution abilities.· Collaborate with department heads to assess team dynamics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize team performance and cohesion.· Develop and implement retention strategies focused on enhancing job satisfaction, recognizing employee contribution, and promoting a healthy work-life balance. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.· Strong understanding of employee development principles, performance management experience, and training methodologies.· Excellent communication, intrapersonal and facilitation skills.· High ethical standards Please note that final job offer may be contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen.
