Physical Therapist (PT) PRN Luxury CCRC Tega Cay, SC This opportunity would be based in a CCRC whereas a therapist you would have the opportunity to treat patients in the post-acute, home health, SNF settings all in one location. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The Physical Therapist participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.
