The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, immediately transferable skills, and a distinguished academic background from nationally recognized schools.Duties:Draft and review litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Manage health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Provide legal counsel and support on complex legal issues.Conduct legal research and analysis.Requirements:6+ years of experience as an attorney.Proven expertise in drafting litigation documents for health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.State and federal court experience is a plus.Strong project management skills.Immediately transferable skills.Robust academic background from nationally recognized schools.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Washington State Bar.Skills:Excellent drafting and legal research skills.Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
