Description:
Ark Rods specializes in selling fishing products such as rods, reels, and baits directly to customers and dealers. We are seeking a proactive individual who demonstrates a commitment to learning our products both during and outside of office hours. This role involves daily communication with dealers and retail clients, necessitating strong multitasking abilities and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining focus amidst distractions, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be willing to assist in warehouse operations, including packaging products for shipment.Key Responsibilities: Reviewing and processing orders Inputting new orders into the system Printing labels and maintaining accurate records Creating and editing spreadsheets as needed Cleaning and organizing work areas Receiving and stocking purchase orders, if necessary Assisting with packing and shipping orders Conducting inventory counts and sorting items Handling incoming customer calls and inquiries Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management Requirements (Must-haves): Minimum age of 18 years Proficient in written and spoken English Pleasant and clear phone manner Strong reading and writing skills Effective problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks Competence in using PC computer systems and printers Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50lbs safely and independently Reliable transportation and punctuality in attendance GED or high school diploma Full Time Mon 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Tues-Thurs 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay Range: $17-$20 Job Location: 660 NW Enterprise Dr. #110 Port St. Lucie, FL 34986 Dress Code: Business Casual, closed toe shoes.
