Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Tooling Processor to join our team! Responsibilities Report to Waltonen Processing Manager Contribute to the overall completion of important and complex engineering tasks and projects Support major and minor engineering projects within a specified area of administrative and technical guidance to a group of employees Develop product sequence sheets (flow charts) Create and maintain time studies for operators and machines. Process with ergonomics in mind for operator stations Coordinate resources to achieve project objectives. Manage timing and weld documentation. Ensure coordination between design groups, regulatory functions, and internal activities. Prepare general specifications Support, coordinate, and execute all quality initiatives Meet all customer requirements, specifications, and requests Suggest and support all continuous improvement efforts Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Siemens UG/NX for navigation and observation. Experience in light or heavy automotive body-in-white (BIW) engineering. Strong organizational and planning skills Strong attention to detail and structured processes. Strong written and face-to-face communication skills in large and small teams Willingness to work overtime as needed, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Siemens Process Designer or eM-Planner Knowledge of GM standard deliverables (STDS, WESS, SPD, XRWD’s). Understanding of peripheral automotive BIW departments and their deliverables.
