Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for sales performance including the GMV, revenue, market share results of the city, managing business operation teams and driving team performance efficiently and effectively. Develop market strategy, set results-oriented timelines to reach those goals and take financial decisions. Grow number of partners on the platform, handle partner development, monitor metrics, and provide reliable food delivery service. Grasp market dynamics and systematically deal with various market problems Coach and train team members to increase the individual and organizational capabilities. Responsible for daily operations of the city.
