The candidate must be admitted to the Florida Bar and possess excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Manage caseload efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and development.
